Hi everyone,
I am based in EU and own a V6 diesel wildtrak since 6 months. At least here in EU I had to pay extra to get the phone wireless charging package that comes also with the 220V inverter (with outlet both in the rear seat and in the truck bed).
problem comes with how crapy that inverter is...could not get my ebike recharged and I figured it is due to the modified square sine waveform of the inverter , instead of a pure sine wave as I was expecting.
I want to replace the OEM inverter (that is installed under the driver seat), however problem comes with wiring....while power is not an issue (replacement will be within the same range so wire gauge is fine), there is a signal connector with a bunch of wires that I cannot decode (I think they have to do with the LED of the outlet etc).
does anyone have the wiring schematic that can help me understand what this harness does and thus how to re-pin it to make it work with my aftermarket inverter?
I know I can install it separately, but there is a bunch of wiring to create moreover the truck bed outlet is nice and clean to use as-is...
thanks
