Jungle Splash Edition

I own a 2023 Ford Ranger Lariat 4x4 jungle Splash Edition. I have been trying to find out how many of them was built in the Eruption Green. I have not seen another one so, the production numbers must of been low.

Been wondering that my self. I have yet to see another Jungle Splash completely loaded out the way mine is. Of the two others that were sold near me, neither is a Lariat, both are XLTs and only one has the FX4 package. The other, as far as I could tell was only the Jungle Splash XLT with no other options.

I was told that the numbers for the Jungle Splash were ridiculously low, but other than personal observation, I cannot confirm that. Ford's Ranger production numbers do seem to support that though as they show that from Jan 2023 to March 2023 (while the Jungle Splash was actually in production), only 11,500 total Rangers were produced; by comparison, the production number report 12,618 Rangers were produced in just June 2023 alone. Ford did confirm on March 13, 2023 that the last Jungle Splash had left the production line. So a very limited model, during a very limited run during the lowest Gen 5 production year of all time.

Local dealerships have told me they all got an allocation of only one and they could not special order, so they got what they got. Some of the dealers I spoke with did not even receive one. All in all, I'm beginning to suspect that the Jungle Splash is potentially the rarest of all of the Splash editions. And my completely loaded Jungle Splash Lariat FX4 seems to be uncommon amongst Jungle Splashes. I know I have not seen a single Jungle Splash come up for resale though.

All in all, I'm going to go out on a limb and conclude that the Jungle Splash may be amongst the rarest of the Gen 5 Rangers.
