60/40 fold rear seats. fold flat front seats for sleeping/naps. make the wheel wells be able to slap on 34's with no mods. if they can fix the transmission more and actually improve build quality and limit the recalls it would be a winning formula. won't happen tho.

Maybe instead of a super charged V8 option, a 7.3L Ford Performance Godzilla option. Not as much power as the Raptor R, but big upgrade in power and V8 awesomeness in a Ranger...I know some on this forum was doing a conversion, I know there's super charge 5.0L swaps that get you to 750 HP, but all that is gonna require major powertrain upgrades which makes the whole thing about as spendy as a Raptor R then...so that's why I say NA big block SOC V8. Old school, big power but not too big.
you want to put a 7.3 in ranger lollllll

Cargo moving in the bed can be a problem. A bed mat that stays in place can help reduce movement and protect both the cargo and the truck bed. I would like to know more about the material, thickness, and how it performs with different types of loads.

Placement of the rear sliding window switch could be in a different location every time I use it the driver behind me thinks I'm giving him the finger. The USB port should be illuminated so the operator of the vehicle does not have to feel and search for it being that's its tucked under the center console. Have an option to disable the auto down for the windows. If there is one I would like to know from somebody on this forum how to disable it. Some individuals like that option but it's annoying to me and very distracting while I'm driving trying to get the right opening that I want. Maybe it would be a good idea to have a sensitivity adjustment for the touch screen. And having and option for more of a level stance for individuals who are not interested in towing. Ford might sell a lot more trucks. Just look at all the lift kits that are sold. And there's more!
Great breakdown of your real-world experience with the truck, all these minor flaws are relatable for daily drivers.

cooled seats, be able to set the tire pressure alert when you air down so the truck honks at you when you reach your target pressure, multiple gauge cluster design choices for the look of the screen, sunroof option in the Raptor, a bed that doesn't leak when you have a tonneau cover on lol

Heated steering wheel for XLT, non-leaking bed, bed rail caps and tailgate, simple toggle off seat belt reminder, Ford designed aftermarket tailgate seal kit, auto-return to previous drive mode on startup.

Transmission skid plate (even a gossamer one as a "warning signal") would be better than having that plastic pan exposed... I've come close a couple of times without realizing it.

When your spotter makes "that face" ... 😝
