I recently have heard from various Ranger raptor owners that they are having difficulty acquiring replacement parts for their vehicle. Evidently all manufactured RR parts are being allocated to the production of new vehicles. Trucks needing bodywork can be delayed for several months because of limited availability of required parts from the dealer. Has anyone here on the forum had difficulty purchasing parts from Ford? I have a truck on hold for me but I am now hesitant about finalizing the purchase considering I may not be able to obtain needed parts in the future.

I have had a couple of parts replaced on mine and I got them in within a week or so. It is pretty standard that on a new body style it will take a little while for parts to become stocked and available within a day or so. I just checked on a lot of the common collision parts and most of them are 1-3 weeks out. That is not great but also I would not say it is so bad that you shouldn't get the truck if you want it as I only really see it improving as time goes on.

I had a rear head rest and a raptor decal ordered in under warranty. Took less than a week.

( Installed the decal myself because it was installed a bit wonky ).

OK guys, thanks for letting me know that 0EM parts can be obtained without extremely long wait times. I am really looking forward to getting the new truck and did not want the worry of parts availability preventing me from my dream truck.

My replacement seat parts took several months. One of my tailgate pieces took a couple months. Everything else was days to a couple weeks except the driver's mirror which came next day.

I need a new trim panel for the front bumper (the silver piece where the two forward parking sensors are)

I've been waiting since May, still on unknown backorder

There's seems to be no problem with parts availability thru several of the online parts stores. If it’s something you can replace yourself, it’s best to order it direct.👍🇺🇸

That is one of the parts that I had replaced, mine came in a few days part# is N1WZ-17626-P and Ford has them in the national depot right now. May also be worth trying part# N1WZ-17626-VC which includes that section if your dealer can't get one of the others
