Looking for some black turn down exhaust tips for fitting onto a Ranger Raptor.

I am looking for some black turn down exhausts tips to replace my shinny polished straight cut factory tips.

Does anyone know the spec size of the OEM tips?

Wanting to essentially tuck and turn down the stock tips.

Now I was interested in these and they did drop the price some since I looked at them back in 24 when I got my 1st RR.

The thing that really swayed me away from them, is I didn’t want to have to remove the resonators.
If anything I would sort of like it a little quieter then stock, not louder, or at the very least the same db level as stock.

Goal is to have a similar setup to what I use to have with a GMC At4X

Flowmaster also has something like this which based on the size I am sure I would have to loose the OEM resonators, but do you all think these would make it louder, quieter or about the same.

These look similar yet longer then the stock resonators, so in many cases a longer or larger muffler would tend to be quieter then a shorter smaller muffler, but these being flow masters and likely meant to make a vehicle louder, I am not sure what to expect out of something like this.

I'd like something like this style. For me, I don't want to cut the OEM exhaust, and so the MBRP system seems like what I'd get. I'd rather the MBRP system get scuffed and dented by rocks rather than the OEM.

I put these on my 24 RR over a year ago and I still think it’s been my best mod. I couldn’t tell a difference in sound except when in Baja. I had a local shop do the install and still have the stock resonators and tips in my attic in case I ever change my mind. I won’t!

Is this the MBRP you were refering to.

I liked this one and to me looks a lot like the Fab tips with over axle pipes added and much lower price point.

Still for me I am trying to keep my OEM resonators in place.
Or possibly replace with new resonators and down turn tips.

That's the one. Yeah, not a fan of getting louder either. I see it as an exhaust I'd prefer to have dinged-up off pavement over the expensive OEM.

It's sort of my goal in trying to get them fully tucked up under the back of the truck, so no matter if there dirty or stained with mud or the likes, that it would not really be visible.

I got the idea from the AT4X I had a few years ago.
Now if I could ever get it to sound as good as this GMC truck did, I would be all in for making it louder. LOL
But I know it will sound like every other EcoBoosted V6 only loader and that aint ever gonna happen. LOL







But overall, I love how the exhaust is hidden and tucked up under the back of the truck nice and clean.

That I am thinking might be possible with the Ranger Raptor.

That’s the one I am leaning toward as well, but I am really not sure what size pipe we have on our RRs. I think it’s somewhere in that 2.5“ range .

With turn down tips, there is not a lot to pick from that have a smaller inlet then exit which is what I am looking for as well.
