recently purchase a Motohorn replacement/upgrade horn kit to make my horn on my Ranger more obnoxious. was planning on wiring it inline with the stock horn to get that train horn sound. well went to hook it up and found that the Ranger has a proprietary connector to the stock horn that doesn't just hook up with the push type connectors on the Motohorn. after much examination decided I didn't want to tap into the wiring with wire taps and sent a request for return/refund to motohorn. well it appears that they don't have a USA based location and if I want to return it I have to send it back to Estonia to get my refund... well being that would probably cost more than the cost of the kit they sent me Im keeping it and will probably just gather dust in my garage.. not very happy with Motohorn right now and anyone considering this type of kit as the old saying goes buyer beware....

The stock horn connector probably has a Ford part number on it. You could buy that connector, the appropriate pins, and then pin the aftermarket horn to it to make it plug and play.

If the horn doesn't have a number, check the plug. Searching that number should lead you the connector that fits it.

There's probably someone on here who is a Ford connector guru. Maybe they can help more than I.

You wanted to have an obnoxious horn to annoy people, and instead got annoyed. I find the irony in that quite satisfying. Matthew 7:12
LOL!! I was not coming up with as gentle of a way to say that!! What comes around goes around!

No freeway here, it’s mostly city streets (pothole gulch, by the way) and when the snowbirds are in town, oh boy!
