My mode button not working "MyMode not available"

Has anyone gotten this message when they try to access the MY MODE button? After a 1000 miles it will not allow me to double click it to go to my preset configuration. Sometimes after pushing the heck out of the button it rewrites the saved program to Normal setting. Have not had time to go to a dealer yet but it worries me that it’s to new and there is no technical fix at this time most likely.

The fix is disconnect the battery for a bit. Its pretty common if you look for Raptor button or R button not working here. A battery disconnect solves it.

Removed the power to the vehicle for a few hours and it did not fix itself. A few days ago it worked perfectly while driving 3 times. Next two days back to broke. It’s going to Ford tomorrow and I expect them to say its not designed to work while driving…..BS. It worked the first week I got it and now not good, if anyone has the same problem please let me know. I will update the fix if it happens.
