Hi all! I have a new to me 2024 RR that developed the infamous "Drive Mode Not Available" issue. Started as an intermittent issue but quickly happened on every start just as the idle settled after starting. Took it to the dealer and attached is the description of the fix. Strictly software apparently. Any of you that are familiar with this issue know enough to have an opinion on if this fix will stick? TIA!
BTW, Love this truck. So much fun to drive!!! Been away from Ford for a long while but the Ranger seems to me to be obvious midsize PU choice.
