Need help with compatibility

Hey guys, know it's been a while! Life is crazy like that. Reaching out to y'all for help.
Ordered a synteticusa usa rack to go on my retrax cover. When ordered they initially had me order a kit to work with t slots. Have since been told that would be incompatible. Any help with some research would be appreciated

Does this rack mount using the stake pockets?

I believe it can, but it is designed to be installed using T Slot channel. that is the goal to utilize the channels on my retrax PowertraxPRO XR. Main reason I am asking for help, is because I am hard core Mr. Momming right now as well as working 80+ hrs a week. So wanting help researching for compatibility and utilization. That and i havent done alot of moddingyet and would like advice.
