Yeah check it again tomorrow and should say shipped or already at dealership. Mine went back to order confirmation and the next day dealership took delivery

Mine has the same behavior. Tracker rolled back ~3 days ago after being built on 04/14.

Last Updated date has been updating every morning now, too, instead of the usual gaps between updates.

Mine did this the day it shipped, 2 days ago. Hasn't changed. I'm a Ford salesman though so I can track my truck in locator and visibility still. Called csx last night and they say the train is due to arrive in Florida in 4 days 4/25. Pretty typical of the tracker, don't sweat it

Tracker updat; delivery delayed by one week to 4/23-5/03. Chat; 4/20 in Richmond Ca. by rail. 400 miles to dealer by transport. I'm going with tracker correction tomorrow!

How do you track the truck on the rail system ?
And how do you turn on the vehicle on FORD Pass to check it there ?

Sit in the truck and when prompted on the center screen hit activate.
Without the truck you are SOL

To track the truck on the train you need the car number that your truck is on and then you call the train company. Mine was on csx so I called them. You can get the car number that your truck is on front your dealer. I read how on other threads on this forum.

Day 6 of the tracker not updating from “Order Confirmed” but used the chat function to find out and my truck is in transit with an expected delivery between 4/26 and 5/2. Fingers crossed.

I'm happy, it's at the dealer. Pick up tomorrow. White XLT FX4. Less than 10 months from order date.
