Hi All.
I bought a '25 Ranger Wildtrak with the 2.0 biturbo diesel last year. Love the truck. Unfortunately the "dealer" that sold it to me was confirmed by Ford not to be an authorise dealer (despite citing that they were in contract multiple times). The regional distributor has been essentially useless. They don't answer the phone or emails. They can't seem to provide me with a dealer even to get oil filters. My truck is not US spec. It's ROW. Already learned the hard way when I ordered a towbar that won't fit because the bumper structure is different on the US market, apparently. Let's not even talk about the (small, but numerous) warrantable issues I have.
I wrote to a couple of dealers in the region (Caribbean) who did not reply. I wrote to a few in Australia, who replied but were completely uninterested in helping. I'm quite happy to pay exorbitant shipping costs. I just need parts, and, ideally someone who can provide a little support as to correct part numbers. I bought a Ford PTS login to try and figure it out myself, but it turns out there is no parts book associated with my VIN and it just shows me the US spec stuff anyway.

Surely there is someone helpful and friendly that likes to make money. I'm not the only one in this position here, there are a couple of these vehicles around in the same predicament. Basically looking for a Ford dealer with ROW parts access, or perhaps someone third party that is good at what they do. ATM I'm looking for a factory towbar kit w/ module and some service parts.
I'd love someone at Ford to complain to, but the veil between the regional distributors and corporate is thick. I haven't found any way to bring this to their attention so far, if they even care.
