Anyone know what this orange looking color could be? Tried wiping away but it was not coming off.

Just rail dust probably

Wash the truck and use an iron remover like Ironx, or iron buster by P&S.

Read the instructions and don’t let it dry in the sun, it will turn purple when it is working.
