Pre wired trailer camera issue

Hi,

I tried to connect a ntsc reversing camera to sync 4.
My car have the pre wired cables underneath the glove box.
So I thought schould be an easy job.

When I connect all cables I can see a camera picture but very very bad quality. Something seems wrong.
When I test the camera on an older tv the picture is fine and the tv shows me that it is a ntsc signal.

Any idea what’s going wrong?
