So how do QA checks work? My RR has been in production since 1-17-24 and I can see it in the Ford app. Rumor is they won't ship till mid / end of March so the media can have their event and for QA checks. So, what happens if they find issues when it's being built? Do they rip the truck apart and build it again, just fix what needs fixed, something else? Curious how the process works? Since mine is one of the first being built I expect to have recalls on it and have no issues with that as long as it's nothing major.

Typically speaking (form the industry side), if there are any outstanding recalls or TSBs as the vehicle is getting built, the manufacturer is obligated to address these prior to customer taking delivery. Either the OEM or the dealer will fix/address, either as part of production, at a Vehicle Distribution Center or at the dealer (and expensed to the OEM).

In addition to media obligations, delivery timing is also affected by state laws.

I know the transmission had a recall. I know they already have the replacement I just wonder if the replacement is already in them or they have to swap

Can you explain how state laws impact deliveries? Hopefully in a good way and they expedite things, but my guess is not so much.

You can't look at anything individually. It is holistic. Each state has their own laws on different things.
That said, you're "In Production" is only 10 days old. You'll get the car eventually. There are so many things at play here, even when it all goes to plan. Ford unfortunately had to deal with plant turn-over for a new vehicle, plant strikes, supply chain issues, clueless dealers, etc, etc...all simultaneously. The fact that production only began 6 months late is impressive.
