Radio/music intitial power on volume

Hi to everyone, i'm have 25 Wildtrak with 3
0 V6 diesel, very happy with truck towing boats as we do marine services. Only one bad thing about the truck is when you poqer up truck music always comes back on volume 7 and is far to loud and annoying when more people onboard. Inbthe standart setting i can not find anything for adjusting, and also nothing on Forscan PC .... any ideas??? I have put question to ford but no answer yet.... hoping someone is more clever the me... kind regards! Mike

There should be a maximum start up volume in the settings menu on the main screen

Settings - Audio/Sound - Maximum start up volume (set this to 4 or 5)

This should at least limit the volume, if it doesn’t work try to then disable ‘speed compensated volume or auto volume based on speed’ in the same settings menu

If I leave mine at 2 then next time I start it, it's still at 2. Your radio's might be different than US ones.

There is no start up volume adjustment / setting on the sound menu, wathever we do after switching back on ignition volume goes straight to 7.
