For most vehicles/markets/climates the premium that's charged for 91 octane is not worth the return on fuel mileage. If 91 isn't required, I'd recommend everyone run a tank of both and determine which makes the most financial sense in their case.AS far as I understand the lessor the octane the less mpg you can expect. You'll save on the cost of fuel although you won't acheive the best mpg. Damned if you do and damned if you don't.
