Ranger T9 sport problem

Hello,im writing his email from greece , i have the 2024 ford ranger wildtrack , 2000cc diesel.I enabled the sport mode by forscan at the trial i did it never put the 10th gear , i reached 160 km.Did anyone have the same problem an if so is there something i can do to fix this? I didnt have to activaye sport in forscan on mine but mine goes to 10th when in sport
