I ordered a new tonneau cover from them and did receive it in a timely manner but I never got any email invoice or shipping information. When I called for information I was given the order number but have not received any paperwork in two weeks. Anyone else run into this issue?

I just ordered a cover, got a confirmation email shortly after. Perhaps the email address was mistyped?
