Scratches on back, Drivers side window

I just noticed these scratches on my truck. I’ve had it for about two weeks now and I’m trying to figure out if it was delivered with the scratches, or somehow happened at some point while I’ve owned it. I doubt the dealership will do anything about it at this point anyway.

They are on the back drivers side window and they are about 3” tall each. They are barely deep enough to catch my fingernail.

Does anyone know if they hang anything from this window during delivery? if I shine a light on it just right, there are some lighter scratches towards the top of the window as well.

Are scratches like this fixable by an auto glass place?

that’s odd, my brothers RR has scratches in about the same spot.
The dealer has ordered a new glass and is replacing it under warranty
