Again as before; the aftermarket fog lamps are not designed to override the OEM function. The aftermarket fog lamps low/high beam functions are controlled by the fog lamp switch.

The OEM function which turns off the fogs when the high beams are on, won‘t change unless reprogrammed.

The OEM function is controlled by the ECU, BCM and CANBUS. The new fog lamps will not override the OEM function. This OEM function needs to reprogrammed thru the ODBII port, via the 4D Tech fog/reprogrammer or with the use of Forscan………https://www.4dtech.com/fogs-w-high-beams-programmer/. 👍🇺🇸
That sounds like both speculation and possible hearsay!
I have it in writing from the manufacture that the high/low function of the fogs is controlled solely by the dongle supplied with the fogs. Not the truck!

Sure you do, what was provided to you was from the owners and your about as confused by yourself, as anyone could possibly be.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. You‘ve gone from wanting to dismantle a new unit, to attempting to start and argument and continuing in it as well.

Do everyone a favor, including myself; find another the thread to troll. I’m not going to exchange with any longer, you‘re nothing but a disruption causing confusion and trolling!

She and her husband the owners, were kind enough to send me a video to demonstrate their Signature Lux fog lamps. I’ll post it when I receive it. I also have our whole chat conversation from day one on the 29th..

In fact, you’re now ignored.🫵🤣🤡🇺🇸

A little preview of the Fogs. According to the manufacture, they spent consider time on the brackets for the new generation Ranger Raptor, so they would fit well and allow for adjustment.

As they explained to me; they have a high beam/low beam and is as easy as pressing the button of existing fog lights switch. By default it will be low, press again it turns off and press again high beam. No extra wiring required.

I’m really looking forward to fitting them. As shown on their website video, they’re bright enough to drive with without the use of the headlights.👍🇺🇸

This is their front grill lights for $83.00. They offer white and amber. Going to add these as well.

Looks like their grille lights will fit.

That didn't show operation with high beams. I expect that with every cycle of the high beams, the mode of the fogs will change.

Thanks for proving me right and you wrong! 🤣

I was the one that stated the only way to get to the high beam function of the fogs was to cycle the OEM fog light switch 3 times.

YOU were the one saying that you need a 4D programmer and Forscan and whatnot.

👍🇺🇸🤡

The video posted only shows the Signature fog lamp operation, not use in conjunction with the truck headlamps.

The Signature Fog lamps won’t change their setting, unless manually changed and by default revert to low beam when the truck is shut off.

However, either OEM or Signature Lux Fog Lamps will be cut off, if the trucks high beams are engaged. This is way the trucks ECU, BCM and CANBUS operation is programmed. Has nothing to do with the Signature Lux Fog Lamps.

Use of the high beams on the truck headlights, will not affect the Signature Lux Fog lamps high or low settings. Except to cut them off until the truck low beam headlights are reengaged.

(Example - With the truck headlights on low beam and the Signature Lux fog lamps on low beam, using the trucks high beam headlights, will simply cut out the fog lamps as OEM programmed. Go back to low beams on the truck headlights, the Signature Lux Fog lamp beams will be in low. Shut off the truck and turn it back on, turn on the Signature Lux Fog Lamps, will be on low beam by default..

Otherwise, the fog lamps settings low/high beam are independent of the truck headlamps operation; with exception to the Ford default OEM high-beam headlight function, which is to cut out the fog lamps until you return the headlights to low beam.

So, this default OEM ECU function for the truck High Beams needs to be reprogrammed, for the fog lamps remain on constantly with high beam headlight usage. 👍🇺🇸

That's what I've been saying. Every time the high beams come on and then the low beams comeback on, the mode will change. This isn't a deal breaker for me. I will just reprogram the fogs to stay on.
I think you will need to shut the fogs off manually on start up to get to the mode you want to run them at for the low or high setting you want to run at the time.

No………not from what I’m reading in your comments……………..

The Signature Lux Fog lamps do not fluctuate from high to low with the manipulation of the truck headlights, from low to high beam and back. They do not roll thru their settings because you changed the vehicle headlight setting.

When you first turned on Signature Lux setting of your choice, they will be in the same setting. Until you change them manually again.

Go out and sit in your truck, turn on the headlights, then the fogs.

Select high beam, your OEM fogs lamps will turn off. Now select low beams again and the OEM fogs will come back on. Got it? It’s not going to change with the OEM or Signature Lux Fog lamps.

Now, let’s say you’ve already installed the Signature Lux fog lamps;

You go out and turn on the headlights of the truck, they're on low beam. Then you turn on the Signature Lux fog lamps. First push of the fog lamp button, turns those fog lamps on. They will be on low as default.

You then immediately select high beams in the truck. The Signature fogs lamps will shut off, just like the OEM units. You then immediately select low beams again, the Signature Lux Lamps will come back on automatically in the low setting, as originally and manually, selected.

Once again; you’ve already installed the Signature Lux fog lamps;

You go out and turn on the headlights of the truck, they’re on low beam. Then you turn on the Signature Lux fog lamps. Third push of the fog lamp button, turns those fog lamps on. They will be on high.

You immediately select high beams in the truck. The Signature fogs lamps will shut off, just like the OEM units. Then, you immediately select low beams again, the Signature Lux Lamps will come back on automatically in the high setting, as originally and manually selected.

The Signature Lux Fog Lamps do not roll thru their setting when you manipulate the trucks headlights from low to high or back to low. They stay in the same manual setting you the operator set them.

However exception; Unless, you shut off and restart the truck, then turn on the Signature Lux fog lamps, which will automatically default to low beam.

Now, if you’re wanting to keep the fogs on, with the truck headlights on high beam, the ECU functions needs to be reprogrammed.

This is where the 4D Tech programmer or Forscan comes into play to reprogram.

You may not want the fog lamps on with the high beams, so leave it as is from the Ford factory.

If I have to, I’ll make a video added to the explanation already given.🥴

To cycle thru the Signature Lux Fog Lamp settings;

First push of the fog lamp button is in low.

Second push of the fog button is off.

Third push of the fog lamp button is on high.

(Note; these are manual static settings. These settings do not change, unless the operator manually changes them.)👍🇺🇸
