Just about every automotive news site is announcing the Tacoma unveiling will happen on May 19th. Also shown are profile photos detailing at least 3 cab/bed configurations…. Crewcab with 5’ bed, extended cab with 6’ bed and last but not least, an extended WB with a crewcab with 6’ bed. So this month (May 24th) is a year and a half since the 6G Ranger was unveiled. Yes, Nov 24th, 2021!!! The entire Ranger team at Ford is probably crapping their collective pants right about now if Toyota executes this Tacoma launch with 3 cab/bed configurations and a couple specialty variants. Just pitiful!!!

Don’t get me wrong… I hope you are right. But no actual reveal date has been confirmed. There hasn’t been a confirmation of multiple cab/bed configurations either. Nothing would please me more than for Ford to offer a SuperCrew/Longbed in a Tremor package (what I’m personally hoping for) to complete with the Trailhunter too. Fortunately we’ll all know more soon.

The guy he references is an internet sales manager at a dealership in Kansas and has been spot on for over 2 years now in information he puts out on his podcasts since I became aware of him. If he says 6G reveal and order guide coming May 10th, you can take it to the bank.
