I called the Ford Customer service line and they funneled me through and I got a nice lady that documented the problem I was having and assured me it would be addressed and by the next mooring all was good. The problem was the car not communicating with Ford for the Ford Pass and PAAK system. Not sure if the Ranger will have the PAAK or not (Phone As A Key) I use the key fobs on my Mach E but if you do the phone and you go to drive the car without your phone it will prompt you for a security code and then it will let you drive without a Key Fob or Phone which could be good in an emergency. I really like the Sync 4A system way better then the Sync 3 that is in my current ranger.that sounds great, how did you contact them to help you?
