ADD bumpers and products in general are inferior. They are for the masses mostly.I accidentally slipped the ADD one in there. I dont like that it has exposed the exposed frame tubes.
A 1/4-in. aluminum bumper shell weighs 38 lb.70 is what I thought. So the Rival if I left out the winch mount would be darn close to stock....very tempted, although I actually do like the stock bumper asthetically, just wish it had a tad better clearance.
I live in The Woodlands and hate 1-45...LOL.A 1/4-in. aluminum bumper shell weighs 38 lb.
Altogether, with the steel winch mount, recovery points, all bracketry, and the stamped aluminum bash plate, it comes out to around 145 lb total.
A winch like the Warn EVO 10s weighs about 70 lb.
Our RR has it all, including Rigid 20in bar, plus FMI’s 2.5-in. front collars for leveling.
Still drives like crazy (we love our Houston I-45 fun), with emergency braking working absolutely amazingly. What a great truck by Ford, indeed.

Our truck is local to The Woodlands too. It’s honestly hard to tell the difference between before the roof rack and with the roof rack, since we installed our aluminum roof rack the same day the truck left Gullo.I live in The Woodlands and hate 1-45...LOL.
Anyway, I'm interested in the Ranger roof rack but every roof rack I've ever had made me go crazy from wind noise. Any input on that from yours?
