The dealership fixed the sound by adding fuel line to the exposed metal ac lines. Weird fix but it worked.
Oh, well that must be a different issue than mine as my noise is a clicking in the dash when the AC is running, more like a blend door issue. Glad you got yours resolved. Odd fixes but hey if it works!!

Is it just when the AC is on? Turn on cold air and flip off the AC button…does it go away? If so, it is likely the same issue.

For some reason my other posts with pics have been deleted. But others have had this same thing fixed with the heat tubing wrapped around AC tubes.

So mine is random when AC is on, not heat. Example, start the truck, you can hear all the vents adjust, but shortly after you will hear a series of clicks, randomly, no rhyme or reason or timing. Just a random clicking two or three times, so I ASUMED it was a blend door actuator trying to adjust the temp. What I am confused about is if it indeed is that, then wouldn't you assume the same should happen for heat? Meaning, when you set the temp and the cabin requires heat not AC shouldn't the actuators constantly work to keep the cabin at temp? Do the actuators work continually, or set once and forget? I ASSUME they continually monitor air temp and adjust the vent doors?
