Touchscreen Blemish

I was cleaning the interior yesterday and getting ready to install the screen protector I ordered. Looks like I am a day late and a dollar short on this. I thought I had a piece of dust but it turns out it is a small mark about the size of a grain of fine salt. I can feel it with my nail. I tried some screen cleaner and it didn’t help. I know it is going to look like hell if I put a screen saver on it now. Any ideas on a fix?

I learned a few vehicles back that screens are crap now and should come stock with a protector.
In your case I found some screens will hide the imperfections, one I found best is from PhotoDon however they do not have a premade ranger screen yet. They will take custom orders and are the same price... anyway I would put your screen cover on, its cheap insurance to prevent further and maybe the one you have will cover most of it up!

Put a glass screen protector cover on it and forget about it.??
