Good to know, they're much cheaper than the Sentry CT. How much snow do you get? We get quite a bit over here. I'm worried about it sagging from the weight of the snow. Thanks for the reply.
The most I have seen on any of my trucks is 2-3 inches, but I do clear the snow every few days, better safe than sorry. Like another user mentioned, I always close the tailgate then snap the cover in place..This insures a tight fit and the rain and snow just slide off of the back.

I had both the Sentry CT and a Bak Revolver which is the precursor to Bak Revolver X4 TS on my 2021 and 2016 F150's. The Bak is more secure but the Sentry is easier to operate in the snow. I had more bulkhead leak isssues with the Sentry though. The Bak seals above the bedrails wear out pretty fast and get bunched up and look janky. I also had an issue where the lip above the tailgate was frozen in place and I tore a small piece of the vinyl forcing the tailgate open. I sold the Bak and gave the Sentry to a buddy when I got a 2024 F150. I would not get either one again. I mainly wanted the ability to see out the back window with an open bed for when I carry dirt bikes but still have somewhat secure storage normally. I think an easily removeable trifold is my likely next purchase.

Thanks for your feedback, i'm honestly torn on what to go with. I'll most likely go without this winter and purchase something in the spring.

The points you make have me leaning towards the Lomax. Apparently can be removed in seconds and even stored in the back seat (so I hear).

I'm looking at that same cover.

Tri folds are always very popular, happy to answer any questions on that. The leaking issue at the bulkhead likely just needed a new seal up there sounds like. The X2 Revolver was the one you had which has the old seals which the X4s has upgraded and made much better.
