Hi, I recently purchased a 1.5" level kit from truxxx. Their instructions include unplugging the electronic power assist steering plugs. Is this a truely necessary step? If so, what do they look like, and where are they? A picture would be cool.
I'm planning on installing the levels via disconnecting the lower control arm. Thanks for any input!

I didn't unplug anything installing my leveling kit from Superlift. I didn't disconnect the lower a arm though but I did have to take the coilovers to a shop to have the bolts pressed out.
