Hey Wubster100 -
Thanks for all of that info and the work you put into it. The link to the new Ranger thread was very helpful as it is dealing with exactly what I'm interested in doing. Looks like things are generally still developing on that front.

If anyone else is interested or curious, here are the links provided by Wubster100. Thanks again, W.

I succesfully added Adaptive Cruise Control with lane centering along with the steering wheel control to my 2025 Ford Ranger XLT with the new 2.3L engine.

Forscan Coding:
(Note: I used the F150 Forscan Coding shown below, but I had to make a few small changes that are not shown below. I will update this coding later today - 3/30/2026)

Please backup and save all the coding for the modules below.

SCCM *Only if you swap the left hand steering wheel switch for the one that includes the follow distance change.
724-03-01 04xx xxxx

ABS
760-03-01 *xxx -- (4 to C)

IPC
720-01-01 x*xx xxxx xx-- (C to F)
720-01-02 xxxx *x-- (4 to 8)
720-03-01 x*xx xxxx xx-- (0 to 5)
720-03-02 xx*x xx-- (4 to C)
720-09-01 *xxx xxxx xx-- (A to B)
720-09-01 xxxx xxxx *x-- (1 to 9)
720-09-02 *xxx xx-- (0 to 2 or 1 to 3)
720-10-01 x*xx xxxx xx-- (A to B)
(Note: Missing Speed Limit Sign Coding to Show Speed Limit Sign Graphic on the Gauge Cluster. I will add the coding for this later today 3/30/2026)

BCM

APIM

7D0-05-01 xx*x xxxx xx-- (0 to 8)
7D0-09-01 *xxx xxxx xx-- (4 to 6 OR 5 to 7)

7D0-09-02 xxxx xxxx x*-- (5 to D)
7D0-09-04 xxxx xxxx *x-- (0 to 6)

IPMA
706-01-01 *xxx xxxx xx-- (0 to 8)
706-01-01 xx*x xxxx xx-- (0 to 5)
706-01-01 xxx* xxxx xx-- (0 to 8)
706-01-01 xxxx xxxx x*-- (A to E)
706-02-01 *xxx xxxx xx-- (3 to 7)

706-16-01 *xxx xxxx xx-- (0 to 1)
706-16-01 xxx* xxxx xx-- (9 to B)

IMPORTANT: Disconnect FORScan and turn the truck completely off, then back on. Reconnect FORScan BUT do not use the saved profile. Let it rescan for all modules. The CCM Module will be shown after the full rescan. If you use a saved profile, you will not see the CCM Module.

Connect to the CCM module to program module with your truck's vin number.

** Note: I need to verify the CCM coding below is valid for the Ford Ranger. I only updated the CCM module with my truck's vin number. **
764-01-01 xxxx xxxx xx-- (Not Verified)
764-01-02 xxxx xxxx xx-- (Not Verified)
764-01-03 xxxx xxxx xx-- (Not Verified)
764-01-04 xxxx -- (Not Verified)

PSCM
730-02-02 xxxx **xx xx-- (00 to FF)
730-02-02 xxxx xx** xx-- (00 to FF)
730-02-03 **xx xxxx xx-- (00 to FF)

Once the coding is done, CLEAR ALL DTC, and calibrate the CCM.

Note: The front collision system is disabled until the CCM is calibrated. You will see this error message on your gauge cluster.

CCM Calibration:
In Forscan, go to the wrench icon on the left to get to the service menu and select CCM Calibration. This will require you to drive around for around ~10-15 minutes for the CCM module to calibrate. You will see a message like CCM Requires Alignment on the gauge cluster during the calibration process.

Note: Towards the end of the calibration process, Forscan will stay at 99% Calibration Completed for several minutes, which is no cause for concern.

Once CCM calibration has finished, the front collision system will function along with the adaptive cruise control. If you have not installed the left steering wheel adaptive cruise switch, you have (3 Bar) following distance that you can't adjust.
