Recently i've been encountering a frustrating mysterious double chime at or soon after startup, with no notification in cluster indicating why it chimed. Seatbelt and all usual suspects ruled out. I'm at 5k miles and it's relatively new phenomenon. So I finally looked around and found others have been trying to figure out what the root is and it seems to be related to Ford Navigation alerting to certain route related items around traffic, construction, etc (below). I have never used Navigation (only carplay) but had recently opened it to look around. I went in and disabled all alerts in Navigation and have seemingly solved it.
TLDR: for those who might run into a vague double chime, deactivate settings in navigation.
