What is this for?

Hey all, does anyone know what this is for in the pictures? It’s to the left (looking at the front of the truck) next to the adaptive cruise control module.

Secondly….is it removable?

Why are you wanting to remove it?

Regardless its a mount for that part of the bumper valance

It was in the way of my mounting fog lights, but I’ve came up with another way to mount them that doesn’t involve messing with that.
