I have 20k kms on my RR (call that 12.5k miles) and my consumption over that period averages out to 14.8lt/100km or 15.9 mpg. That includes some pretty slow four wheeling which really hurts the average.

Around town driving sees about 16.5lt/100km (14.26 mpg) but open roads / freeway travelling gives me tank averages as good as 11 lt/100km (21.38 mpg).

To put that into perspective, at our fuel prices it averages A$16.30 / 100km in fuel (US$10.84 / 100km or US$17.45 / 100 miles).

How does that cost per distance compare for you guys in NA?

Oh! that is calculated at the bowser - not using the dash readout which is notoriously optimistic.

Gas prices vary quite a bit across the country. Here in Texas, premium is ~$3.30 per gallon. At 17.5mpg, that works out to be $18.85/100 Miles.

I'm about 1k miles in. I'm getting around 15mpg with mixed city/highway. I noticed that if I'm in sport mode and switch to baja exhaust, I get an extra 1.5 mpg. Not sure what that's about. I'm curious what combination might give the best mpg now.

I have 6,500 miles on my Ranger Raptor and the all time average is 17.9 MPG. All mixed driving.
