I bought my XLT in November 2024 after considering Jeep Gladiator and Nissan Frontier (I'm retired from GM, so wanted a break from their products). The Ranger wasn't really on my radar until I watched a few YouTube reviews. One of the channels I really like is Texas Truck Channel, who not only reviewed the new Ranger, but bought one for a long term review.
As part of that, they are doing mild modifications that are not difficult or expensive for us common folk. That really captured my interest, which caused me to test drive and buy my Ranger. Their Ranger playlist can be found HERE.
Since buying my truck, I found this forum and really appreciate the discussions and support you all provide. I've learned a lot about Rangers as a result, and am always looking for more info beyond general reviews.
If you have any other recommended YouTube channels with technical topics, please share!
Edit: I forgot to include another channel that has interesting Ranger content: flaberdoopin
