Installed a Boomba Racing BOV. Chose this style over the Turbo Smart for 2 reasons. The price, and I wasn’t sure if I would like the sound.

Interesting, which one did you get? I don't see one specifically for the Ranger Raptor in the catalog. I might get one just for fun.

I had to get a special set of deepwell sockets to get the stock one loose.

Yes, it will absolutely void parts of the drivetrain warranty. That is not an approved part by Ford. Also, it's not even remotely necessary.
