Remove sirius from display?

Has anyone here figured out how or maybe has leads to finding a way to remove all the sirius options from the sync display unit?

I have seen some indication elsewhere on the internet that this may be possible with ForScan. However, the details seem sparse and generally not specific to ranger. Poking around in some of the modules, I wasn't able to find anything that seemed relevant.

Unfortunately, I still haven't found a way to do this.

Hopefully there is a solution. Coming from the Jeep/FCA world, people there had the same issue and it was only solved by getting a Canadian market radio unit
