Bluetooth not working

Ford updated SYNC for connectivity issues, weeks ago. Since then my iphone will not connect intermittently when I start the truck. The bluetooth does not turn on. Now the Bluetooth doesn't turn on at all. Took to dealer and Ford told them they are aware of the problem, and fix will be out in 4- 5 months. Really, what is there problem.

The problem is it's the Sync 4 when it should have been the 4a. That's the way it was advertised.

How do you correct

You can't correct it. It's not a software upgrade it hardware. They may put in it the newer models say late 2025's on or they may not. Who knows what Ford does.
