Ready to pull the trigger - Anyone know if these will fit?

Tires:
Falken WILDPEAK A/T4W P285/70R17

Wheels:
VORTEK VRT-606MB Matte Black 17x9 | 6x120 | 6x139.7 ET12 CB93.1

I'm thinking with the 12 offset, it may not require a lift or spacers.. does anybody know if that's true? (I think the center bore is an exact match to OEM)..

I do want to get a proper lift / suspension upgrades at some point, but not sure that I am ready for it yet.

They will poke out quite a bit.

Not too worried about poke, am also trying to source some flares that play nice with the sensors.. have seen some people running 0 offset and the poke isnt too intense.

They had no stock of those wheels.. had to go with a 17 X 8.5 ET 25. Still 285/70/17. Still no lift, we shall see in a few weeks
