We are a tuning company based in Europe which are specialized in Ford Ranger Raptor Tuning. Our story begin with our car and the need of unlocking the lacking power of the EU/UK Ranger Raptor versions, where we custom tuned power boxes. With that in mind, once HpTuners released the MG1 protocol, we started to develop a tune for the Ranger Raptor on our OWN Vehicle.

Attached is a collection of our work where you will see the gains with our options:
-- The "Power Unlock" - the option that is perfect for enthusiasts who want the safest option for their car. The new power is 292kw (392hp) and 583nm at the engine. This is a 100% Ford Calibration with GPF ACTIVE!
-- The "ProCal" Stage 1 - the option that is targeting owners who want to extract the most out of their Raptor, while keeping everything safe. The new power will be 320-350kw (430-470hp) depending on the petrol used (95 RON or 98 RON) with 680-720nm torque. This calibration is a custom one and we call it "ProCal" because it mimics the numbers that you would get from Ford Performance.
-- The "Custom" - the option that is targeting modified cars. Whether is an intake, some charge pipes, or even downpipes, we got you! Our development car has reached 380kw (510hp) with intake, charge pipes and intercooler. With downpipes, we can go even further to around 410kw (550hp).

ALL our tunes are accompanied by a TCU Tune, set up exactly to your needs! Every number presented are DYNO-TESTED and they vary from car to car, as we do extensive logging to make sure everything works as it should!

Another EU Ranger Raptor came to us to benefit from our Stage1. This is actually old client of ours, who had installed a Power Box before that was custom tuned as well.

We did a power check with the powerbox installed and the car did 365hp and 566nm, a decent increase from 286hp and 472nm stock. We proceed with removing the powerbox and do our custom Stage1 Calibration with TCU tuning for the car, achieving 446hp and 676nm.

That's a +160hp and +204nm increase over stock power. We also did a VMAX Delete and Start Stop Disable.

We remotely tuned as well more than 10 RRs over past week via our Remote Tuning device.

European Ranger Raptors can also do this! With the Garrett Powermax Turbochargers (and FBO) we just did the FIRST (as we know of) in EUROPE with 500WHP (495whp but we got too excited to forget about the other 5). With the rear wheel loss of 18% that's 583hp! that's almost 300hp hp (engine) INCREASE!

Another EU Ranger Raptor came to us to benefit from our Stage1. He chose this package with a VMAX Removal as well.

Car had only 3000km on the cluster, so with our remote device he can switch between stock and tuned for warranty purposes. Stock the car did 279hp and 461nm stock in our dyno. We proceed with our custom Stage1 Calibration with TCU tuning for the car, achieving 443hp and 682nm on 98 RON.

That's a +164hp and +221nm increase over stock power.
