We have 5 more on the way! Would recommend getting an order in ASAP to take advantage of the deal and claim one from the next batch. Should just be a few days, but hard to say with the holiday week.

You can see the product page here
Thanks, but I ended up buying from Juggernautpower.com. I been a customer for years and they gave me a offer I couldn't say no to.

Nice to see they moved to bar and plate from tube and fin.

This one is 16% bigger, has a little embossed Raptor logo on the end tanks, and about $500 cheaper.

The Intercooler arrived today, much sooner than I expected.

Now I just have to wait until Spring to put it on.

I installed mine, it's a real nice piece, only one big complaint is the instructions are garage. For those who buy this, there is no need to remove the front bumper, but you will need a 13 mm, 8 mm, 10mm ratchet wrench, trim removal tool, 2 zip ties for the shutter motor. I had mine done in 2 hours with taking old man breaks every 15-20 minutes.

So based on your list you posted - did you remove the shutters entirely and zip tie the motor somewhere (I was considering doing this)? What was the need for the trim removal tool given you didn't pull the front bumper (perhaps removing the cover above the grill)?

I haven't started mine, hoping my Rival engine and fuel tank skids show up soon and I can swap the skids while working on the intercooler install.

I really wish you had taken pictures while you were doing the install for the rest of us. I cant figure out how to remove the intercooler with the plastic shroud attached to it.

Well guys this is the last day to get the deal on this. should I buy it.? Seems not be a direct fit if you have to trim stuff. definitely better priced than the Cobb I was looking at.

Yes removed them, there is no room for them

The Cobb is going to be a direct replacement without any modifications. The Wagner is slightly larger. They are both bar and plate core designs and should have similar efficiency if the core densities are similar (haven't seen anyone post pictures of them to confirm). The Wagner is cheaper and has an embossed Raptor logo :)

As @Mad_Motorhead did confirm, he removed the shutters instead of trimming their surround and is an option I was considering too. I park mine in a garage so not worried about warmup times in general. Leaving the motor attached to the harness prevents any codes etc.
