Bed lights only on in manual mode - 24 Lariat FX4 Adv Tow

Is there a way for the inside bed lights to automatically come on / off when unlock / lock ing the truck or by opening the tailgate?

Hello, I was loading up the covered bed of my truck last night but only the rear of the cab above bed light came on, not the in bed lights on each side of the bed. I had to turn them on manually from inside the drivers compartment.

I checked the manual on zone lighting but couldn’t get the desired result.

I don’t think so, there is an FORD aftermarket kit you can buy on their accessories website. I built a system that I turn on/off with one of several mini remotes. I hooked running board lights and bedside step lights into it also

Made my own was trying to tap into harness the way the Ford accessory does but didn’t have any luck. I made a harness with some accessory plugs that run up to the battery and have a remote switch up by the battery.
I put the accessory plugs in the harness and then added the running board lights and step lights
