New RetraxPro EZ-Off tonneau

I was searching RealTruck's website for 2026 specific covers and saw this new Retrax Pro EZ-Off tonneau

Looks pretty sweet with the removable canister, but it is quite spendy too so wondering if anyone has any experience with these? Not sure how new they are

I watched the intallation video and have general question... Why isn't the silly canister rug preinstalled. At this price, why do i Have to do that installtion. Yes i know it is simple enough, bu not sure why it is necessary for the customer to do this when the factory should be doing it?

spoke with Rack Attack offices today and they claimed it now has a 'promised date' of 4/8.. fingers crossed it actually shows up then

yeah i'm in your same boat...

ordered at rack attack 3/23 because they said 5-7 days.
5-7 days later they say promise date of 4/8
4/7 - uhhh no clue when we'll have it.

spent all day yesterday calling around looking for a fix to hold me over until it arrives as I have to drive from chicago to DFW for a wedding with a bed full of stuff next weekend. nothing seems to be available

rep at @RealTruck convinced me one would fit, but called back this morning to have them verify with the vendor and sure enough, no go.

unfortunate mess, but seems like they just don't exist at the moment and I'm stuck just waiting, no clue what I'll do about next weekend
