I have one of those and it works alright for the front seat, but my kids are destroying the back seat. The tan upholstery really shows dirt - and yes, ive already scotchguarded everything.
Thinking of getting a set of these (neoprene) since my kids are destroying my seats and because I’m often wet when I’m driving post surf. Any reviews on quality and fitment? Would love to see pics installed, particularly the back seat where most aftermarket seat covers look pretty bad.
I’ve...
There’s a bunch of overlapping pieces in there. I would think that just taping and spraying wouldn’t look right and there could be unsprayed areas visible at those edges, but I guess yours looks good in the pics.
That would annoy me - but only enough to fix it. Seems like one of the clips isn't engaged or something like that. I'd just get under the vehicle and/or behind the wheel arch lining and figure it out. Probably an easy fix. Agree that the dealer should probably do it, but if they won't it...
I think these are what you are looking for. If so, I've used them and they are a good replacement for OEM.

I should have added - there may be different sizes used in various places of the truck (not sure). I used these for the plastic shroud at the front of the engine...
Related, but somewhat diverging from the original question (which has been answered) - when I change to the manual shift feature, the tachometer shows rpms. Is there any way to show rpms when it is in auto shift mode? I can use forscan if that’s the workaround but I haven’t seen it in there either.
Looks great, but I vote bigger wheels and tires. I did a 2.5" level and drove it with the stock wheels while I waited on the replacement and thought it looked kind of goofy. 275-285/70r17 (or 18" equivalent) looks and rides amazing on the truck.
Pretty sure the tow package includes the 360 camera which is a really nice feature whether you are towing or not. Personally id probably get the loaded 24.
@Signature Lux has a similar piece. Says it doesnt interfere w ACC sensor.

you can buy it on motorcraftservice.com. Purchase is expensive, but you can pay for a limited (short term) subscription and get what you need. I did it to get info on wiring diagrams for lights and speakers, which was incredibly helpful to my projects.
Looks good (better on the truck than it shows on the website). Don't really love how it sticks up rather than sitting flush though. Does it feel secure?
You guys have a really nice light bracket for the space on either side of the front cruise control sensor, but its for the 5g Ranger. Would love to see something like that for the 6g. I'm fabricating my own, but would love to buy something with your level of expertise and fabrication vs my...
Did you tap the reverse wire too? Since it wasn't highlighted in the diagram I didn't think you used it.
I am installing reverse lights on my bumper and was planning to just tap that wire (don't need park or turn), and trying to understand the wiring better.
