  1. Fog light options

My shrouds were/are melting too. I put some fireproof tape over the spots that were melting in hopes that it will stop the damage for the time being. I can't really recommend the SigLux lights.
  2. Trying to install subwoofer myself in my 2025 STX

Here is a post where I detailed subwoofer install on an XLT (without B&O). Includes details on which wires to tap. https://www.ranger6g.com/forum/threads/subwoofer-install-by-a-guy-who-isn%E2%80%99t-handy-it-worked.19734/#post-309140
  3. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but why not just run the wires through and then terminate the Deutsch connector after making the run? Just take the connector off when you make the run then add it back once the wire is through. Super easy to add a Deutsch connector.
  4. F150leds

I tapped the headlight DRL instead of the side marker. It was pretty easy once I had the wiring diagram. F150 plug and play adapter did not work for me.
  5. F150leds

Dumb question, but did you take the plastic valance off? Once that piece is off, the wiring was all pretty visible / accessible behind the headlight.
  6. Pics of setup with 17x8.5 mainly +20 or +25

Mine (non Raptor) is on 17x8.5, +25 Method 707s. 275/70 Tires. Search my posts and there are a bunch of pictures showing poke, etc...
  7. Backseat Seatbelt Warning Chime Issue

ahhhhh. Im going to play with that. Relieved that it sounds like an easy fix.
  8. Lurking to Learn About the RR...

Im having this same issue! Whats the deal? I started another thread on the topic, but hoping to sort it out.
  9. Backseat Seatbelt Warning Chime Issue

Someone mentioned this in a thread on another topic, but I thought I'd give it a separate thread. My rear seatbelt warning chime started going off recently. When it happens I usually have one person in the backseat (with seatbelt fastened) and the other two seats are empty. In order to turn...
  10. WTF is that noise?!

Im far from an expert, but the timing of the noise seems like it would have something to do with the wastegate. Higher rev, building boost, then letting off the gas. Thats when a BOV would be actuated (if you had one). All of the hose connections were tested as tight? Does it make that noise...
  11. Method 705s Are Another Lighter Weight Wheel Option

Love the look of them and almost pulled the trigger when I was looking, but for some reason I got hung up on the 5 bolt pattern on that design (the pattern aligns with a 6 bolt pattern). Now that I see them on your rig, they look great and I question my decision. I went with the 707s since I...
  12. Ranger XLT Transmission Selector Lighting

Haha - I went through this same thing. Thought I had blown a fuse or something. Yes its displayed on the screen, but it is 100% engrained in me to look down as I'm going between park, drive and reverse, and I find it very disconcerting not to be able to see it in the dark!
  13. Method 705 Wheels +18 Offset anyone?

Im running +25 Method 707s with 275, 70 r 17 Wildpeaks. Originally I had no rubbing, but after doing some wiring work and bending the wheel lining, Im getting a little bit of rubbing in reverse (could trim or bend things to get rid of it). No UCA rubbing though. I think any lower offset is...
  14. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

How much space is between the front rack and the the rear window? Can you confirm that a connecting piece isn't needed between the front and rear crossbars or uprights? Can Standard T-slot adapters be used to mount things on the crossbars? Any plans to make a higher upright so that the...
  15. Kuat Ibex Bed Rack or Putco Venture - Looking for Feedback

Im looking for any feedback on the Kuat Ibex or Putco Venture Bed Racks. I would be installing this with a Bak X4S Tonneau (don't currently have the T slot rails, but could get them). Specifically looking to haul surfboards on it and maybe a shower system. Any feedback from people who have...
  16. Powerswitch/fuse/bus bar mounting solutions

Unfortunately the truck is at my summer home, and I won't be there again for a couple months. Don't want to keep you waiting. I can assure you that its very clean and mounts on top of the fusebox cover easily. I just drilled a couple holes in the cover, bolted through it and then put some...
  17. Powerswitch/fuse/bus bar mounting solutions

Unfortunately I can't find any and I'm not with the truck now.
  18. Powerswitch/fuse/bus bar mounting solutions

This is what you want - specifically built for the Powerswitch. https://www.powertrays.com/collections/garmin/products/garmin-powertray-standoff I mounted it on top of the fusebox cover. I bought a Blue Sea fuse block and ground block. If I did it again, I'd ask powertrays specifically which...
  19. 6th Gen XLT Bed Rack Options

Yea, they told me the same thing - which I'm not sure is accurate. But I CAN buy replacement T slot rails for $400 and reuse my tonneau. There is also the Yakima T rail option. Has anyone installed that option on the X4S T slot rails?
  20. 6th Gen XLT Bed Rack Options

Im very interested in this too. Did you have to fabricate anything for the install or did it just bolt right on? Looking closer at the photos, it looks like he has the X4S with T Slot rails (which unfortunately I didn't get). That appears to be how he installed this rack.
