I was involved with the Beta testing right before they were going to release the final version. Not hard to install at all. A little more involved than a standard CC but not hard. Top quality for sure in the entire kit and the team I worked with were very professional.
Just run heavy gauge wires from battery to back bumper and put an Anderson plug on it. Now you can use that for the winch, DC to DC charger, dual compressor tire inflater and so on.
Just make sure you put a heavy gauge fuse at the battery.
No wonder I get so much dust in the bed. I installed a tailgate seal kit that helped a lot but riding out west for a week you get a light dusting all over your gear.
@SoCalMike Just order #48 bracket. Looking at your side view pic of the mirror and bracket installed, I'm wondering if the bracket could be heated up at the S curve part to drop it down enough so the plastic doesn't show up on the screen?
Does it seem the metal the bracket is made of would...
Hey @Wolfbox,
Finally got to try out your Super Duster mini blower that I won here on the forum!
Man this little thing is something else. Made very well, has several different nozzle attachments, packaged super nice and man, does this thing perform.
I see you're have a 20% off sale going on...
Not sure about K&N but probably the same. If you look at the data screenshot I post earlier from S&B it's only about 11% better than stock with the box lids on, but if you take the lids off it's like 45% better air intake. But that's coming from inside the engine bay now. Full of hot air.
Lol, if more dirt gets through to your piston rings, cylinder walls and so you should be able to understand that is not good for your engine. Writing is on the wall, you just have to be able to read and comprehend the data. Nobody is going to study an airfilter for 20 yrs to prove that.
Go to their website and see if they give specs on the filter media. (They try to hide it as much as they can)
I know S&B does and the oiled gauze type actually filters less dirt than OEM and the dry filter type filters slightly better than OEM.
So basically you are sucking in more dirt than...
