Firmware Update to the device is what had me in limbo

Update: Spoke to Joe at Ford Performance just now and he was able to get the tunes back on the device. Back in action! P.S. I’ll never hit the update button again 🤣

My device never touched his computer, we used my laptop. The device went blank when I updated it. The tunes were on it yesterday

The dealer loaded it back in June with my assistance. I attempted to load the stock tune back on it yesterday and everything went to crap. A Ford Performance Calibration Engineer was supposed to call me this evening to fix everything but I guess he was busy

I did pay the dealership originally just to have the warranty. I had to literally show them how to do it

I also have the stock tune backed up to an RTD4 but it won’t work either. That’s why I think the ECU is toast

There are no OEM Settings to load. I can’t even load a tune now as it doesn’t read the vehicle. And the device doesn’t have any tunes on it that are visible. You should be able to go back to stock without this happening. I’ve tuned many vehicles with HP Tuners, SCT, and other Pro Cals. You...
