The offset should not matter on the spare as the tire width never changes. It will always be the same regardless of offset with regards to touching the braces underneath.

Right, I was expecting the clearance to change by 0.8". A 10" wide (stock 255/70R17) vs 10.8" wide (275/70R17), so I'm a bit surprised it's almost a 2" difference.

Anyone else swap the stock spare for a matching spare for larger wheels? How was your clearance from the ground? My 275/70R17 spare vs the stock 255/70R17 spare. Almost 2 inches difference. Are you seeing the same? I was hoping it tucked up a little better. 275/70R17 255/70R17 Sponsored

Two things actually, makes it faster to fold down seat and provides much better visibility when no passengers are in the truck. No need to remove the headrests in either scenario.

I don't think you can without some rubbing, but not 100% certain as I put the larger tires on after the leveling lift.

They fit, 100%. Perfect color match as well. The part companies use VINs to confirm part fitment. Since these are from a 2023, they will show a non-fitment on a 2025 VIN.
