Just stay with the 91/93 octane. It's not that much more expensive and it's better for turbo engines. And...testing shows that you get better MPG with higher octane and engines designed to use it. More efficient burn.

That is messed up. It's not costing them to reschedule you, so why charge a fee? I could kind of understand a small fee if you were past your original attendance date, but then again...are they at fault for the lack of coordination/response?

I plugged in my Procal tuner to see if any updates were available and there was a version update available for download. I think this is an update for the tuner itself and not the performance tune. I don't keep my Procal installed/connected to the truck, so I don't know if it adds a GUI update...
Not at all. Any/all information is for learning (good or bad) and it's only going to cost me a couple of nights hotel stay, some gas money and hours driving. I think it will be worth it, since it's a free course with purchasing the truck. I save the off-road exploring for my adventure bike...
