I think the dealer did something wrong . The guy at the dealer has your stock tune in his computer and did not put it in your device . Now you have nothing but a blank file in your ECU

So you had the dealer load the device and you took it home to load in the truck ?

Don't you have to download the tune from Ford Performance and load it in the device Then load it to the truck It comes with no tune in it.
