I think so, and that req removal of the bumper cover. PUTCO has a video on their website for adding the lighted grill emblems. The video shows the process on an Explorer, but I believe it is similar.

Looks really sharp! i blacked out my lower valance with vinyl wrap. I did the F150 led’s also but I didn’t want to drill the holes so I dropped it down a row and used 3m trim tape.

I bought these from Home Depot, 2 big ones one the bottom, they each hold 2 smaller ones. The lids are polycarbonate so they are pretty strong. I could easily take them out and set them in the garage or backseat. They sit just below the cover when it’s closed.
