Without a doubt yes. That was the original plan, tbh - but the SE will get me 90% of the way to what I wanted to achieve anyway. I have UpTop Overlands Diamondback specific crossbars ready to be installed as well; for use with a bike rack and snowboard/fishing pole rack(s). You?
Same! Was happy to see the shipping notification today. Went to the extra effort of heating my garage so I'll definitely be installing this ASAP when it arrives Tuesday (as long as the work schedule allows).
I know you said non-Raptor, but I fit a 35” under my Raptor with zero modification. It should be the same amount of room under there for a non-Raptor, right? Not sure if the non-Raptor has dual exhaust, but the limiting factor for me was the hitch. Even though it’s sticking out of the bumper on...
Hey all, I've been in contact with a DiamondBack Rep since around April regarding their covers and they are now available to purchase! I just ordered mine; a DiamondBack SE, smooth black with preinstalled cleats. Do know, the HD will not be available due to the bed design, and there are no...
Maybe I’m off here - but I have the same question, in a way. Maybe OP was referencing the use of the A/C button and not? I always use the auto climate control in my Ranger Raptor and just select the temperature I’d like, assuming the truck knows if I want cold air or warm depending the ambient...
Ground clearance increase was considerable. I did not measure but it was a few inches or more and for my extremely short wife - well, she's just happy I decided to keep the running boards.
I did not correct anything - yet (other than headlights). This is next on the list of things to do...
I’m running Method MR305 NV's, 17X8.5, +25 offset, with 35x12.5R17 Toyo Open Country A/T III’s. Plus, a full sized 35 inch spare in the stock location.
Update: I have removed the balance beads after 1000 miles - just not a fan. Over 55mph caused steering wheel wobble, and towing our single axel RV was even worse. After removal and normal [black, ofc] wheel weights were added, the truck is now flawless, zero wobble even over 75+ mph with the 35s.
35s do look pretty good (my reference is here ;)) - almost like they were factory. Removing the crash bars are pretty easy to do, tbh, and I have zero rubbing (no lift, either). I've been off road with some pretty aggressive articulation too - and still, zero rubbing.
Received everything and installed today. Can I ask, on the Keyloc, which lights are lit up? I see the green which is power, but which other one is selected?
Also, did you have visibility to the amp settings? The top comes off with 4 little screws and there’s a bunch of controls on there. Thanks!
Small world, I grew up and lived in Waukesha all my life - and my wife, daughter and I moved to Madison about 3 years ago. Nice to have a fellow RR owner so close - haven’t seen many (if any) of them! I had RR delivered in June to Madison from Iowa as the spec I wanted wasn’t available around...
Nah, you’re right. Plug and play is the way to go. I enjoy audio but same as you, I don’t know enough to tune myself. I’ll order the one you did. Thanks, appreciate it!
Thank you for the write up! This is incredible. I have everything on the way to do the same, however I have not ordered the LOC as I planned on using the speaker level inputs on the AudioControl 1.300 and the factory sub wires.
I assume this is possible but doesn’t “fix” the stock B/O bass...
