Hello everyone

I have used the search but have not found an answer to my question...

I have a Ranger Raptor 2024, but unfortunately the air conditioning stays on or off in an uncoordinated manner.
My wish would be that it is always on, or at least keeps the last status.
At the moment, it stays on during short breaks - but is off again when I start the next day, for example, or after several hours.
Does anyone know of a way to set this, possibly with FORScan?

Many thanks and best regards from Switzerland

Dosen't the Raptor have a select a tempature Climate system? In that case, it would try to maintain that temp. Want it on all the time? turn the temp down all the way. I actually love the cheaper old style hot or cold selector in the XLTs, w/o the upgrade package.

Maybe I’m off here - but I have the same question, in a way. Maybe OP was referencing the use of the A/C button and not? I always use the auto climate control in my Ranger Raptor and just select the temperature I’d like, assuming the truck knows if I want cold air or warm depending the ambient temp and chosen temp. Sometimes, however, when I choose 80° and prefer heat for example, the A/C button is lit, but sometimes it’s not.

My brain tells me A/C is only used for cold air vs warm air - but I’m not sure that’s the case? I have a habit of turning off the A/C if I want warm air. Hope that makes sense.

All to say, the climate control is a bit odd and doesn’t seem to be consistent, in terms of using the A/C button and not.

I know it like this from all my previous vehicles: the physical button remains pressed = automatic air conditioning is on. Depending on the outside temperature, it either cools or just ventilates...

At the moment, in cool, foggy weather, I notice after driving a few meters that the air conditioning is not on (fogged-up windows). As soon as I turn it on, everything is ok - so I always want to have it on… it would be simple…
